BU Tagging for Outgoing SMS & Email – What’s Coming
We’ve added Business Unit (BU) tagging for manual outgoing SMS and emails, along with UX improvements in the BU admin view.
How It Works
- All manually sent SMS and emails are automatically associated with the BU of the sending agent.
- The BU Admin View now shows a full hierarchical tree of queues and agents inside each BU.
How to Use
Available for all customers using Access Rights. No activation required.
