Increased Custom Field Independence Depth
- What’s coming: Form logic has been expanded to support up to 7 levels.
- How it works: Forms can now include up to seven levels of field dependencies (previously limited to 3). Useful when building complex custom forms such as authentication or dynamic contact forms.
- How to use: Go to Settings → Forms → Select a field → Build logic.
Empty Fields in Ticket Rules
- What’s coming: Admins can now add fields without preset values when creating ticket rules.
- How it works: “Empty” fields can be used to require users to provide information before a ticket can be closed, or in scenarios where you want to give the agent the opportunity to collect important information in a structured way.
- How to use: Go to Rules → Create a criterion of choice → New Rule → Add field.
Ticket Movement Alerts
- What’s coming: Notifications when a ticket is moved to a category assigned to a user.
- How it works: Users receive a notification if a ticket is moved into a category they have access to. Example: A ticket created in Category A, then moved to Category B, triggers a notification for users with access to Category B.
- How to use: Go to User Settings → General → Notifications → Ticket moved to user category.
WCAG Compliance Improvements
- What’s coming: Fixes to multiple WCAG compliance issues across the platform (e.g., improved color contrast, clearer button descriptions).
- How it works: Applied automatically.
- How to use: No action required.
Stability Fix for Social Media Tickets
- What’s coming: Fix for crashes caused by social media tickets with an extremely large number of replies.
- How it works: Applied automatically.
- How to use: No action required.
Improved IP Geolocation Logic
- What’s coming: Enhanced IP geolocation logic for stricter enforcement of access restrictions.
- How it works: Better support for rules such as “Prevent Inbox access for users outside the EU/EEA.”
- How to use: To enable, go to Settings → General → Security → IP restriction.
Chat Widget Button Texts
- What’s coming: A new setting in the chat widget lets you customize the button texts on the “Chat turned off” screen.
- How it works: Available for all customers using the chat widget.
- How to use: Go to Settings → Widget → Select your widget → Chat.
