We are excited to announce that LeadDesk has signed an agreement to acquire Zisson, creating one of the largest providers of sales and customer service software in the Nordics.

Importantly, the Zisson brand and software will continue to evolve, ensuring that we remain a trusted partner for customers across the Nordics.

The transaction is subject to approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products under the Swedish Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regime and is anticipated to close by the end of January 2025.
